FAQ

What is your typical response time?

Our typical response time to most non-emergency tickets is under 1 business day. For emergency issues, you can expect a response in under 1 hour 24×7 (ask for emergency contact info after signing up).

What do you charge for migrating my site?

In most cases, migration is free. In certain cases, on larger or more advanced sites that require extra work, we may charge a small fee. Get in touch and ask us about your site.

Do you monitor my site?

Yes! We have advanced website monitoring systems that run around the clock. If our systems detect downtime, automated calls and emails will be dispatched to multiple technicians, any time, day or night.

Do you keep backups?

Yes! We maintain multiple backups in multiple locations for all of our clients’ sites at no extra charge. You can read more about our backup policies on our hosting platform page.

How does hosting work? Would I need to transfer to your servers?

We include free hosting with all maintenance plans, which we recommend for maximum reliability and security. If you need a custom setup, or prefer to use another provider, we can accommodate that as well.

What is the charge for extra work?

Our standard a-la-carte rate is $125 per hour for most services including server administration and website development. For maintenance clients, we charge at a 15 minute interval with no minimums per request.
